I had the same problem with my 1st boyfriend.
Thing is I CALLED WAAAAY 2 MUCH. (only cuz he was such a wimp and would never hang out---all we ever did was talk on the phone....)
Maybe he's just busy. Also, try to call less. Let him call you!! :-)
--I am with a new boufriend, who is awesome!!! I never call him unless I have to due to plans or something. He usually calls me once a day.....at night, or evening.
