if you are female yes.
fantasies are good everyone has them at some point in life.
i used to fantasise about sex with certain women, i no longer do this as i have given up any hope of being with another woman ever again. (for many reason that i will not go into on here).
I'm 33, and single. i see beautiful women everywhere i go when out but i control my emotions and never make my thoughts and feelings known. hence just one of the reasons I'm still single I think.
but back to the questioner. if she is single and just fantasising about sex in general fine. if with a partner she already has again that is 100% normal.
if with multiple partners at once again this is a common but not everyone has this fantasy.

Of course it's normal, as masturbating is normal. Is it the masturbating thing making you feel guilty?
