can i use crest white strips w/ a perminit retainer

When I had my braces, I smoked. When the braces were removed, I had funny stains on my teeth. There was no such thing as crest white strips then.
I would wait until your retainer was removed before trying the white strips. They may not fit properly over your retainer.
