How about cookie bars? Find a cookie bar recipe using a cake mix. They bake in a brownie pan. When cool, cut into squares for easy handling as finger food. They usually go pretty well at office gatherings. We like the Strawberry Flavor ones.

Just so you know I hate jello!!!!!!! If you brought a couple different varieties of the Quaker Rice snacks that would be great! Everyone loves chocolate drizzled ones but if they don't get the healthier ones like the caramel or cheesy!
Healthy Too!

I think you should do this
INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) jar dry roasted peanuts
2 (14 ounce) packages red and green candy-coated chocolate
1 (14 ounce) package chocolate covered peanuts
1 (7 ounce) jar wheat nuts
DIRECTIONS
Mix together the peanuts, red and green candy-coated chocolate pieces, red and green candy-coated chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate covered peanuts and wheat germ nut snacks.
Serve in a large bowl or place in decorative glass jars and give as gifts.
or this
INGREDIENTS
3 mangos
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup honey
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan, bring to a boil water to cover mangos. Place whole, unpeeled mangos in boiling water and simmer until skin starts to come off. Remove mangos from water and let cool until cool enough to handle.
While the mangos are simmering, beat the cream and honey in a medium bowl until light and fluffy.
Remove the skin from the mangos and remove the mangos from their pits. Place fruit in a blender and puree until smooth. Fold mango puree into cream mixture until well combined. Mixture should be thick and smooth. Pour into dessert bowls and chill 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.

Oatmeal cookies. They aren't too bad for you, plus cookies are not always a bad choice. With chocolate chip cookies, you have the chance that someone doesn't like chocolate - believe it or not, I have a friend that hates chocolate. Or, someone may be health conscience, so chocolate would not be so great. But if you make the oatmeal cookies in small portions, it should be great for those watching their waist lines. Oatmeal can be delicious. -lol-

How about low fat eclairs??
Vanilla pudding (2 large boxes), graham crackers, chocolate frosting.
Lay graham crackers in the bottom of a 11x9 pan
Mix pudding with milk, spread 1/3 of mixture over graham crackers.
Layer more graham crackers on top of pudding. Spread another 1/3 of the pudding on top. Then more graham crackers, then remaining pudding. Add one more layer of graham crackers. Heat frosting in heat proof container until it's pourable. Pour over graham crackers and spread evenly. Refrigerate until cool and crackers soften. Serve.
If you don't have enough space in the pan for all those layers, just add two layers of pudding instead of three.
