Few studies have been done on this, and from those few studies, yes. There seem to be some vitamins in dairy that help regulate weight.

However, too few of studies have been done to prove this, and there are other studies that show there is no effect. The debate is far from over. Goggle Milk help weight loss (study) and see if you can come up with anything good.

No, it doesn't help you lose weight, and it does give you some vitamins and calcium that you need if you're under 30. It's super good for you.
That will help you lose weight is this: cut back on sweets, fast foods, greasy food, juices, cheeses, cokes etc. Just by cutting back on these things you can lose weight.
