Having trouble asking this girl out?

Every time I see her (Which is rare) I can never ask her out. We've talked before, laughed, and so on. But every time I see her, we rarley say hi to each other. Furthermore, I want to ask her out, but she always looks angry. So I don't know if I should do it. What do you think?

start off saying hi...... then a week later ask her out.... JUST DO IT...lol

u should go for it. maybe you could be the thing that makes her happy!!!!
