They are physically full grown by age 18 months to 2 years but behaviorally puppyhood can last much longer - to 3-4 years.
Typically they get to be 60-80 lbs, however they tend to have a problem with becoming overweight so feed them carefully.

He should be full grown within 18 months and 2 years. A full grown male can range anywhere from 60 pounds to over a 100 pounds. It all depends on the dogs lineage.

Labs like Goldens are considered full grown at 2 years old!
With Goldens they can range from 60 to 100 pounds. Labs are in that ball park too.

Mine was full grown at 2 1/2 when I got him. I'm told they typically don't grow past 18 months. My dog teeters between 65 and 70 lbs, he's a stocky build, a bigger lab, but all muscle, not overweight.

About two years and can be around 75 lbs. to 100 lbs. (125 lbs.) One of our males topped out at 130 lbs. by 2 years of age, and no he was not overweight, he was solid. But he was an English -style Chocolate Lab.
