Yesterday my boyfriend said that he's tired of taking so many cold showers and that he wants to have sex. He wasnt a jerk about it and I said that I wanted my first time to be with him just not now, he understood. I am ready i'm just scared and I worry alot so i'm always assuming the worst. So help me out, does it hurt?, How will I feel after,sad?, Should I even do it and if not how do I tell him.
P.S . i'm a senior in high school, i'm 17 and he's 17 too

if you're not keen, then don't allow him to put pressure on you at all, be strong & tell him to take a hike honey....heck, you two are not married, so why is he even hounding you? you'll regret this if you're pushed into it when you don't really want to. it won't be special at all. BTW you could well end up feeling disgusted with yourself & very very sad....

Yeah. He's emotionally blackmailing you. Tell him to get lost. It will hurt a lot, emotionally. You'll feel sad and abandoned after the fascination wears off and he dumps you. Listen, you've waited this long, save yourself for someone who respects your feelings enough to make a life long commitment. "Tired of taking cold showers." Of all the nerve! DON'T give in to him.

It doesn't sound like your ready to have sex. yes it hurts, if you're ready you won't feel sad after...tell him you're not ready if you aren't. If he's a good guy he'll understand

if you feel that you are not ready don't force it.. first time should be special and with the right person.. you will know when you are ready..
