Your breath. Ever notice that if someone breaths on your neck a few times you suddenly realize it tickles? Then you just can't stand it!

I've found tracing your pinky finger lightly up and down the spine of someone's back to be more effective than conventional means (ie -feather)

a feather is really great. its a sensitive tool and makes you get goosebumps sometimes when your sensitive areas (like behind ur ears, ur neck, the inner part of your arms, basicaly any sensitive skin)
its really enjoyable
