Vous êtes le bel : litterally : You are the handsome. Like in English something is missing like "vous êtes le bel anglais" par exemple : "you are the handsome English"

vous etes si douce (female)
vous etes la belle=you are the beautiful (female)
vous etes le beau=you are the handsome.

here 'doux' means sweet not soft!! and there's something missing after 'bel'
bel is an adjective ans must be followed by a noun.
here it says: you are THE handsome.....?????
handsome: bel/beau
beautiful: belle

The translations are correct, but no one pointed out, that it is really poor french. I don't thing a native speaker wrote that.
