Should the city spend the money to provide special trucks for picking up recycleable trash? Please tell.?

I think it would be a great idea. I live in a rural area, so it wouldn't happen out here, but in a place where they already have the resources, why not make use of them.

If you have a enough people and not enough space to dump the trash, yes.
