Meaning that prisoners and people in trouble always seem to conveniently find Jesus in times of need. When released from prison or when times get better, these people forget about Jesus and continue their pre-troubled days lifestyle. Should I not try to figure these things out?

Because to come to Jesus, you first must feel a need for God. That is why it is difficult for many well off people to come to the Lord, they don't feel like they need God. However, when one is broken, it is when they are in their most desperate times that they turn to Jesus. They cling to God, the only thing any of us really have all along.

The sad thing is when things are going good it is human nature to assume that we are good, or that we don't need God anymore. This is why it is important to disciple new believers. Grace.

Dude, you gotta take care of your own morality and don't fret too much about other people.

Everybody is responsible for doing the best he/she can with the knowledge and experience accumulated.

If they want to repent and backslide and repent and backslide...whatever. That's their call. You gotta let 'em do what they want and make sure your own bidness is in order.
