alright i want a visible 6 pack, so what i have been doing so far is cardio like jumping rope and such, then been doing different types of crunches so i can work different parts of my abs, and i've cut back on the junkfood, i dont consume as much as before...also im thin but may have a but may have a bit of fat..................can u give me some tips on some other things i can do........................thanx

You're doing good, in order for your cardio to be effective you'll need to do it for 20 minutes continuously without stopping-to keep your heart rate up and burn fat. If you can't do it for that long, jump rope and then go for a light jog for the rest of the time. Build yourself up to 20-30 minutes. Sounds like you're doing great with the rest.
