Yeah I am an alcoholic and I know alot about myself, and MANY other drinkers. I am also a bartender so it is kind of my job to know exactly what drinks my regulars want, what they do for a living, and whom their favorite sporting teams are.

I also believe that when you drink with people, the conversations you have bring you closer to one another, even more so than if you would have had the same conversation while sober.

Drinking is a blessing to us all. Drink and be merry.

"I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the moring, that's as good as they're going to feel all day."

Why form opinions or judgments of a person Who (ohh me god!!!) drinks.
No where else in the world is alcohol an automatic poison.
If the puritanistic people of this country minded less what other people chose to do, if they are not harming anyone else . . and please, don't say, "what about that person" who imbibes? Because to tell you the truth, it should be none of anyone else's business . . then leave others alone!

During Prohibition, why do you think bootleggers and ruthless mobsters were in such awesome control?
Because the law of the land, What little frustrated marms, spinsters, and teachers (deciders) of the PROPER conduct, made it impossible for those who wanted to have
a legal drink, couldn't - so that they had to go underground and become prey of a greater "vice?"

If you are that nosey, go take a poll. Go around your neighborhood and town and ask what drink has done to them or how it becomes evident that they may take a drink . . (too much), is that what you mean?

Just be mindful during your poll taking you do not ask a person who is sick of self-righteous, self appointed bloodhounds, and get your nose BROKEN!

I am so sick of the pettiness so prevalent to this American society.

Cripes! Have you ever considered "live and let Live . . not to the point of Anarchy, but to the point of individual freedoms?

What's next . . What do you know of a person who drinks grapefruit juice in the morning, instead of orange?

Less chance of a broken nose there . . you'll just may be suggested to "get thee to a mental asylum!"

I am not an alcoholic but I have many friends that are. I would say not being able to understand the questions they ask is a good indication that someone has a problem...
