No. Gatorade is for replacing the fluid in your poor, dehydrated body. The active ingredients are water, salt and potassium.

Water and salt cost next to nothing and potassium tablets are a lot cheaper than Gatorade. Another way to get potassium is to eat bananas.

Look on the Nutrition Facts. Gatorade is no better than pop.
