The American Dream was born when immigration was limited, which led to leverage for workers, higher living wages and benefits, and upwards mobility.
The immigration level today, taking legal and illegal immigration together, is ruining the American Dream. It is already gone in several large cities where there is quickly becoming only the rich and the poor.

America is creating a lot more jobs than our capacity to make more babies, a lot more Americans will retire this year than young Americans starting to work.
Yes they have to be deported because they are breaking the law.
If we need more workers they have to be really educated in the field that they are going to be working and they have to come here legally to stop wages from going down.

Ok I am just stunned at how many ignorant racist people there is on here? Is it really a crime to feed your family??Or to pick up chicken guts??Do you people really think that when you die its just gonna be AMERICANS in heaven? Please!! Where is your hearts? Not everyone is lucky enough to be born here in the U.S. Do you realize how hard and expensive it is to get here legally? Probably not! It not about being a dream as it use to be, come find a place to live free, work for good wages, or even get rich.
Immigrants now know this, free welfare, free medical, free money for business, free education for kids, free housing, free, free, free, free,
So the dream has changed from coming to work hard to get something, to coming for free for the free things.

I love Baja Americana. I lub the FREE medical care I get for my bambinos, the free food stamps and the subsidized housing for me, me wife and 6 kids. My wife get to stay home with babies while me wurk.
