I have to eat every 2 and a half hours because if i don't my stomach starts growling like crazy. And it's really embarrassing, especially when I'm in class. Is there any thing, or medicine that stops that noise?

Is it possible you have developed a food allergy or have a low tolerance to a particular food. I have gluten intolerance and if I eat some an inflamation starts in the stomach and lower intestines. Because of the inflamation the nutrients from the food are not obsorbed. Take a break from all wheat, oats rye or barley products (malt is barley) Eat simply, stop or restrict souces of sugar and include protein with each meal(I am now veggie). You will feel the result in a few days if you are food sensitive(one day for me). Youre stomach is being over worked and should have 4 to 6 hrs rest between meals. Keep searching and eat for nurishmet not just to satify hunger.

Yes drink more water, 2L per day. Also eating often is not a bad thing, it's very healthy to snack through the day and you're doing your body good.

try drinking a bottle of water whenever you get hungry...
