Hydroxicut?

Does anyone have side effects from this? I'm a very natural dieter but have been thinking of taking something is this a good idea or bad?

Hydroxy cut and any other diet pill recently have become alot safer but not as effective. Since the ban on ephedrine in pills, the effect on the metabolism isn't as much as it use to be. Ive personally taken both pills with ephedrine and without. Ephedrine pills during the begining when when you first start taking them give a HUGE outburst in energy but eventually calms down as your body gets use to it. Headaches are one of the main side effects. However with the non ephedrine diet pills which is all you can get right now, there isnt much of a difference.

I wouldnt suggest it. Ive tried it before and it made me very dizzy and made my heartrate very high. Just do your diet and take vitamins espically your B vitamins and that can help with weight loss. Hydroxicut is more suited to the person that is in the gym all the time and need to maintain a steady heartrate. So save yourself the money and dont try it! Stay Healty

Have you ever heard of anyone (besides the spokepeople) who lost weight with a magic pill? It just doesn't happen. And notice they all say at the end of the commercial "with diet and exercise"? So what does the pill do??

Plus, won't you feel like you accomplished more if you do it yourself??

I have it. I'm slender by nature, but am wanting to shed a few pounds.
I notice I shake when I take the required dose. It seems to make me nervous.

i have lost 95 pounds with it and have no side effects. but diet drugs work different for each individual i say try it for a month you maybe surprised!! but take minimum recomended dose at first
