You make it tough to answer this question because you are giving conflicting information. If curly hair were truly dominate you would have only 2 phenotypes (curly or straight) not 3 and you would have three genotypes (CC, Cc, cc) then you ask for genotypic % :both (you should have three) 25%CC 50%Cc 25%cc Genotypic ratio 1:2:1. Phenotypic % would be 2 not (3). You would have 75% curly and 25% straight. Ratio 1 CC : 2Cc ; 1 cc.
Now if you really have three phenotypes it may be that you have incomplete or co-dominance. CC : curly Cc wavy (in between) and cc straight. In this case your genotypic and phenotypic percentage would be the same 25% CC : 50% Cc :25% cc. With a ratio of 1 curly :2 wavy :1 straight.

Ratio: 1 CC: 2 Cc: 1 cc

Phenotypes: There are only two possible: Curly and Strait
Ratio: 3 Curly: 1 Straight

CC = curly = 1/4 of offspring
Cc = curly = 1/2 of offspring
cc = not curly =1/4 of offspring
