The Bible is very specific on not being specific about when Jesus is returning. The focus of the message isn't when Jesus returns, but will we be ready when He returns. One of the strongest parables that Jesus tells concerning His return is the parable of the 10 virgins. All 10 knew that the bridegroom was coming, but only 5 were ready when he did come. The five who were not ready were not let in because they hadn't prepared themselves.

Daniel 12:12 is written 1003530 days divided by 360 days = 2787 years, 7 months
Jesus seventy times seven

2800 AD is the Final Judgment and it is Just.

It's interesting, but some spiritual texts, especially those of esotericism and theosophy suggest Jesus ain't coming to us for the second coming, but more we will, as a whole planetary consciousness, evolve up to him.
Try reading up on Esoteric Christianity in the Wikipedia.

He's coming, but He will come when He gets ready.
If He revealed when He was to come, we would be more likely to wait till it was time, before we would get ready.
He will come as a thief in the night, When we are least expecting Him, so he say to watch and be ready. If you look at the way things are going in the world today, it can't be long.

Here's how a prophecy generally works. An event happens, and someone produces a vaguely worded piece of antique language after the fact and claims that it predicted the event, thus proving that the end of the world is just around the corner.

We only know that He is coming. Only God knows when. There are some signs that we go by, but I believe that we have had last days since Jesus went to heaven. We are asked to be ready. : )

If he is going to come back, he is over 2000 years late according to the Bible.
In Luke 21:25-32 Christ tells his followers about the end of the world and his pending return from heaven and then tells them that their generation would not pass away before these things happened.
That was over 2000 years ago.
