ProActiv! They even offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you're not happy with the results, then return the bottles... even if they're empty!
I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun including diet changes, oral medications, went to numerous dermatologists, organic stuff, etc... nothing worked until I started using ProActiv.

Don't settle for ProActiv imitations, I can tell you first hand that the "other ingredients" are not the same as used in ProActiv and have been known to cause allergic reactions. I'm not the only one to experience this and go through hell trying to get answers out of the company.

Drink a lot of water, find a good cleanser such as Neutrogena and try not to place your hands on your face, as they tend to have germs. Also, exfoliation is a great way to combat acne. At night, mix granules of sugar with your facial cleanser and gently exfoliate your skin. In addition, if you have oily skin, apply rubbing alcohol after washing in order to dry up some of the acne. Afterwards, apply a decent moisturizer.
When you can, get a decent facial at least once a month.

drink lots of water and get lots of sleep and buy a cleanser 4 your face and use it to wash ur face in the morning when you wake up and before you go to sleep
also go to your determologists because that would be the best person to prescribe something for you because they would be able to accurate rate what condition your acne is in
