Well ancient BS that some people want to think is a a steak dinner. Perhaps that is why their God wipes dung on some peoples faces. lol
Had to put the dung in there it may be what makes it all immaculate! LOL

Don't confuse this with the Virgin Birth (Mary concieving Jesus without sexual intercourse).
The Immaculate Conception refers to the Roman Catholic belief that Mary was born with out the stain of original sin.
The reason for this teaching (which is not found in the Bible) it to help solidify the divine nature of Jesus. If Mary had been touched by original sin, then so would have Jesus, and it wouldn't make any sense for God (in the person of his Son) to be touched by sin like that.
