Should I be worried that my boyfriend still talks to his ex girlfriend. She continues to spread rumours that they are still involved. He says it is not true. Who should I believe?

Talk to the girlfriend and tell her to either prove they are together, or stop spreading lies.
If she can offer any proof, dump the cheating jerk immediately and leave these losers to each other.
If she can't, then she's full of crap. Tell your boyfriend that his continued friendship with a lying ex-girlfriend who clearly wants him back makes you very uncomfortable, and he needs to resolve the situation immediately.

Okay, Trust your Instinct, do u think he's lying? usually a girls intuition about stuff like this is 99.9% correct! It's for you to decide who u should believe. But i think if u have reasons to believe he is still in touch with her, then, most probably he is.
If he says it's not true tell him to call her in front of you and tell her to quit spreading rumors about him!! After all she is spreading stories about HIM right, if it's not true it should bother him too! U could say that to him if he tries to back off from doing it. See if it helps! Good Luck!

well, you can choose to believe either one but i think it would be better to keep an eye on your boyfriend because we don't know if he's telling the truth or lying to you. When he told you that the rumors were a lie, then you should just trust him. Just tell him that it's ok for him to trust you and tell you the truth about it. If he lies to you, it's going to be worse than if he admits it. Talk to him and try to get him to tell you the truth. You should also ask some of your friends that you really trust and ask them if they've seen him with his ex. I think it's also good if you ask friends that live around him and that are really close to him and hang out with him a lot to see if they give you some useful information. Butterfly, the rule of thumb is this -- if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck has feathers like a duck it is probably a duck!! Now, maybe I am reading a little bit too much between the lines but I get the impression that you have doubts? I say if you have doubts then in all probability your gut reaction is right on. That is a very big problem. You should be very worried about this situation. Espeacially if his ex is spreading rumors that they are still together. You need to put a stop to this. If he does not want to stop talking her, then you start talking to one of your ex boyfriends.

you know what? It seems like you are caught in the middle.. I think if anything just leave the guy save yourself some drama.. Theres plenty of guys out there so why stay w/ this guy who brings a lot of drama... rite? just eliminate drama cuz life is already hard as it is....
