alright, check it: im 21, im the dad of a beautiful 10 month old, i work full time 8am to 5pm, i usually go to sleep around 10pm to 11pm sun. thru thurs., friday and saturday im up pretty late driking and getting high.... i drink lots of water(80% of liquid that goes in my body), i ride my bike to work everday and try to get at least a half hour of a good ride to call a workout, i do have a little bit of a beer belly cause i use to drink almost everday and just recently like 2 or 3 months ago, i been cutting back to only weekends....

ok now, i am at work, and aroung 2:30pm or 3pm - i just feel soooooooo tired... i could literally pass out in less than a minute if i closed my eyes...

why???

You need to re-evaluate your schedule. Also, emotional stress can make you tired as well. Try to become an occasional drinker (2 to 3 times a week) and try to get to bed a little earlier. You can change your workout routine to 4 to 5 times a week instead of everyday. It's going to hard at first because of your child and balancing time with him/her. Following a schedule can be difficult, but as long as you stick to it, you can make it through.

Stop drinking, and doing drugs dude. You got a child to provide for, and if your only 21 and already got a beer belly, your on a collision course! Start eating healthy, fruits and veggies, and your mental alertness and physcial well being will start to improve. Stay away from energy drinks, and just start a healthy diet and maintain your exercise.

Sounds like you're not eating right. Make sure you're getting enough carbs and protein.

Also, take a multivitamin that contains vitamin B. Vitamin B will keep you awake throughout the day and give you the energy you need.

maybe its just because your working alot..or maybe cuz you`ve had a baby over the past 10 months.so maybe that could also be why..or it could just be yoiu have alot of things on your mind like work..or at home or w/e or maybe you should get more sleep

It might be all of the drugs that you are putting in your system. such as alcohol and other drugs to get you high. Maybe you should stop all of these things.

do u drink lots of coffie? high amounts of caffiene can wear out a person faster. is all i can think of, other than that u r doin fine, if u say thats what u do
