OK, well let me tell you my story. Hope it helps you. I have been freaking out cause I feel like my front teeth move verses your back teeth. I have been driving my husband crazy cause all I am doing is worrying about them. I talked to my dentist and he said my teeth are fine. It is perfectly normal for teeth to move some cause it is like a shock absorber. They have to be able to move alittle in order for them to do their job which is eating and crushing food. I am going to the orthodontist though for a night guard possibly or something else cause some teeth might be moving more then they should and that could be cause I grind/clinch my teeth or my bite is off. So, the best thing you can do is go to the dentist cause he can tell you if your teeth are moving more then normal and if so, he can tell you what you can do to fix it. If s/he catches it early enough, they can rectify the situation. Waiting to long can cause more harm.

Permanent teeth should not be loose.
See your dentist as there could be gum disease causing this.

As far as strengthening teeth, there are fluroide rinses you can use to improve the erupted teeth. Fluoride supplements, or the consumption of fluoridated water helps strengthen developing teeth below the gumline.

Sounds like you need to go to a dentist. Those teeth shouldn't be loose.

Regular brushing and flossing helps. Try using a toothpaste that helps tooth enamel.

There is nothing that you can eat to "tighten them up". Your best insurance is regular brushing and flossing.
