I like this guy that my friend interduced me to but he barley knows i exsist plus he is a year older. I want to talk to him but don't know how. What should i do?

Maybe your friend knows his interest, which could mean your interest are not the same. In that case I would forget it. But if you have the same / some of the same interest there is your foundation for a hopefully productive conversation and that should be all you need. GOOD LUCK!!!

I'd like to answer this question with a question. How can you *like* him if you barely *know* him?
I say, recognize this for what it is: enfatuation. That means: slow down, don't rush. Get to know him before you fall all over him.
Too often, we "like" someone before we even know them. Shouldn't it go the other way around? Shouldn't we like them after we know them? So that we like them for who they really are, not for how they looked when we were introduced? (Much fewer rude surprises that way...)
It's difficult to do, it takes discipline to pull it off. But, trust me, you'll be better off if your brain learns to reign in your heart.

start wit the casual hey how are yous everytime you see him
and then move on to the more detailed hey how was your day...wat do u like to do in your free time...wat is your favorite color..and the whole nine
by doing this you get to knoe him a little better and he gets to knoe you also
then tell him u like him
and see where it heads from there
