i have been dating my bf for a year now, its been wonderful and i really love him, however for some reason he keeps making comment about his x-gf!! at first i didn't mind and i was k with it, but i mean honestly there isn't a day when he remembers..." oh one day with ...we did this and this happened"" i mean i am not the jealous type at all but there is just so much i can take!!!!
what to do?? should i let him know or just keep letting him tell me all that happened with .....xxxxx????

Dating for a year and he is still talking about his ex--the reality is that he does not know this bothers you. If he wanted to be back with his ex he would not be dating you so I say he feel secure with you --men sometimes think that if we don't complain about something then it doesn't bother us. The truth is you have to tell him that he is annoying the bee-geez-us out of you by talking about any other girl every single day!!! I guarantee you that if it was you talking about an old bf then he would be crying foul!!! You can only have a good relationship with another person when you have good communication. You need to be able to tell him how you feel and if he really likes you he will listen and modify his behavior just to make you happy. If he doesnt get why you don't like it then he isn't for you and the sooner you find this out the better off you are. Oh that is so annoying, you should tell him to stop it..and tell him exactly what you said here,,maybe he doesnt realize how much he talks about her, maybe you remind him about her or maybe he isnt over her yet..talk it out..because this will probably be the cause of a break up...and no one wants to hear someone else talk about their ex or even girlfriend all the time..hehe

The guy is messed up yo! Try to sway him from the whole "girlfriend" topic but don't start a scene about it. i.e. don't fight with him over the fact that he is mentioning his exgf a lot. My ex gf used to mention her exbf a lot and that really pissed me off too. The best advice I personally can give you is that make sure he knows you EXIST rather than his EX with the lost love!

apparently, he wants to make you jealous for some reason, or it kinda sounds like he has no self confidenced at all, and this makes him feel better, I would tell him even though it would be hard on you that if he missed her that much, maybe she would have hime back, and I am sure that you could find someone to treat you alot better, but if I was guessing, I would say that he just want to test your jealousy factor.

no for gods shake say to him that u have heard about 100 times every story he tells u and that u have heard enough! or (even better.. lol) start doing the same..!! then he will stop.. good luck whatever u do

i think he might still have feelings for his x-girl friend. Just make sure that he is totally over with his girl friend before you stay in the relationship longer... other wise later when you guys break up it would really hurt you... so take care

Just tell him that you don't care about what him and his exxxxx did! But, you could also start talking about all your ex's and if that dosen't work.... then tell him how you feel! And if he keeps talking about his exx then break up with him and tell him to go back out with her!
