ok most of the time i eat a full breakfast of atleast 300 calories, plus lunch, plus dinner, plus a lot of extra stuff. well today i had like half of my usual breakfast amount, i didn't even eat half my lunch and when i got home from skool i got food but wut i would do is chew and spit the food but i would only hav like one bite of each thing i had to eat and swallow that. so i've had maybe 6 bites or more of food. plus i threw up a little. i haven't binged either. will i lose a lot of weight if i stick with this?? i'm 135 lbs right now. how much could i be in a couple week possibly?

thats a really bad diet plan. it really worries me. especially when you talk about how you ate after school. thats what people who are anorexic and bullemic do. if you want to lose weight, eat lean meat and plenty of veggies and hit the gym. Dont eat less than about 1200 calories a day, your body goes into starvation mode and transfers everything into fat instead of burning fat.

First of all, do not throw up. The acid in your stomach will ruin your teeth if you do this regularly. You will end up with ugly brown discolored stumps. Check and see what your Body Mass Index is. If you are within normal ranges, you probably just need to exercise more. It sounds like you are heading toward developing an eating disorder. Unless you are very short, 135 lbs does not sound very fat. Have 3 smallish healthy meals a day and avoid junk food snacks. If you are feeling extreme hunger, dizziness or anything other than happy and energetic you are not eating enough. Your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose weight. Then, when you start eating again your body will pack on weight like crazy to avoid being starved in the future.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Everyone else is totally correct - don't continue what you're doing! What would you say to a friend who admitted that she's chewing up her food but not swallowing - you have to admit that's VERY unhealthy sounding!
Eat your normal breakfast and if you want to cut back calories, sounds ok to me to cut back your lunch and dinner to half. Even better would be to cut out half and replace the other half with fresh veggies/salad. Eat healthy snacks.
It's safe to lose about 2 pounds a week - no more than that. But if you think about it, if you can stick to eating healthy, in just over a month, you could lose 10 pounds!
