I think the atmosphe will make any dinner you make romantic and special. I'd get a few floating candles, maybe a single rose to float in that (ask the florist sometimes if they have a broken one they will just give it to you).

Dim the lights, maybe pick up some anniversary confetti to sprinkle on the table, or better yet some little heart confetti. As for food, wish I knew what his favs were. My feelings are oysters are an aphrodesiac but only if the person eating them LIKES them! So I'd go with a favorite meal, in a romantic setting. Then maybe have candles around a tub, with bubbles or floating rose petals for later on. Tell ya, focus on the mood...he won't care what's on the plate when you are serving you and atmosphere for dessert ;)

Hope you have a great evening!

Congrats to you!
I would cook him his very favorite
foods for dinner. I would also make sure he
had his favorite dessert. At that point you should turn it over to you.

fondue is always sexy and can be inexpensive. Use cheese and veggies for dinner or chocolate with fruits for dessert and feed each other.
