What are some foods that will fill you up but are healthy, i am a "meat and potatos" type of guy, so i need something to replace this mentality to "get fit".

You could change to fish and poultry but remove any fatty skin from the poultry. Potatoes are good food just don't eat too many of them and bake them rather than frying.

Make some homemade chili with turkey instead of beef and with plenty of vegetables in it. Also make homemade mashed potatoes. Just boil your potatoes and add any ingredients you like after mashing them up including some milk. I also recommend getting the book called Dining on a Dime Cookbook. Just buy Olive oil, low fat butters and drink nothing but water or diet drinks. And eat lots of salads. And exercise at least 20 minutes every day.

u can still be healthy a meat n potato guys, without too much bread on side, and add a few vegitables to ur diet as well, youll be fine

There are alot of great recipes on DeliciousDecisions.com, this is a American Heart Association cookbook online, they have great meals, and they aren't difficult to prepare either.....

Just burn off what you consume. The more junk you eat the harder you will have to work.
