im 13 and 5"2' and about 120lbs. i want 2 lose weight so badly so im thinking about pills if i can get some. ive tried diets but i get bored and end up eating more. help me i kno that pills have some risks but i kno that i would be careful. if u have any other ideas... please tell me

YOU ARE NOT THAT BIG!!! Have a daily exercise...eat white meat instead of red ones...control your carbo intake...take away oil on your food...prefer grilled/boiled instead of fried...go away with softdrinks/carbonated drinks. Do not take pills!!!

Ok pills really don't work except the ones that you can get a prescription for. And those pills will only be prescribed to you if you are extremely overweight to obese. I recommend first of all, drink nothing but water and diet drinks because if you drink fruit juice or sodas all day long that packs on so many extra calories that you don't even think about. That's a start. Then go take a walk for 20 minutes a day. Seriously. It will help you.

Work hard and have discipline
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

You can always go to a gym. why not? It may take a while but it's always worth to try. Just like you did with diets, if that doesn't work try doing some exercises at home. Or you can always do some jogging.If i were you I wouldn't try the pills. If they're riskfull don't try them. Remember: your health is always better than a good body shape!

it sounds to me you have absolutely no will power at all. Get off your *** and start running untill you cant anymore. Then run some more. Do this every day and stop talking about pills those things are for lazy losers or 2000 pound men/women. Do you weigh 2000 pounds?
