There is this guy who I have had a crush on ever since I started high school. It's not for the looks but for the personality. I first met him through his older sister.The guy is in the same grade. We started talking once we first met.Now I have known him for over 7 months.We have gotten pretty comfortable being around each other.He is now my best guy friend!He always likes to make me laugh and loves to challenge me.A few times a week we have tickling wars and he always tries to tickle me. We have held hands a few times during the tickling wars.But after I had first met him he had a "church thing girlfriend".What does that mean?Now he and I flirt more and more everyday.He flirts with me every chance he can get!I can't help but wonder if he likes me and doesn't know that I like him or he just thinks of me as a friend.I have tried to hint that I like him and sometimes I think it works and sometimes I don't know. I have gotten hurt in the past for telling a guy I like him.A diffrent one of course! It just didn't turn out the way I planned and really ruined our friendship. Plus the guy I like now is my 2nd real crush and I really really like him!

Just tell him! I would want to know flat-out. I've told girls i've had a thing for them and it has always worked out for the better. It sounds like he likes you, but find out more about the "church girl". You don't want to get in the middle of anything.

I tell you what I told me nut of a cousin: You will never know what will happen with a guy until you give him a chance. Just tell him that: You would like to be closer than friends, but only if he wants to also. Do NOT try to force him to go out with you. One more thing, NEVER take advise from a younger male cousin.

he does like you, but it is still unclear if he likes you as a friend or more than that. Better ask him directly just to clear things out with you guys. I dont think it will ruin your friendship.

Get him to talk about his church girl see how he feels about her get him to talk about her. That will give you a clue on where you stand with him. She is the key to finding out.
