if weve been going out for like 2 months? i m not in love with him, and if i do break up with him should i give him back the gifts he gave me?

not unless you feel nothing for him but friendship. Yes love is grand and amazing and specutacular but you don't HAVE to be in love or love someone to be in a relationship with them. You merely need to like him in that way. if you want to break up with him than do it.
