The only way to learn to use a foreign language is to go out there and USE it. Talk to anyone and everyone, join chat rooms and/or discussion groups - don't be shy, or afraid to make mistakes, just talk! With time, it'll become completely natural, and you'll be able to speak the language without even thinking about it.
It's really all a matter of daring to make a start. :)

I know my firs language is Spanish and i dint what to talk English but now i have a job in a office just because i speak two languages. Cool uh.
