go to limewire.com and click "download" there's not an easier, safer, simpler way...

I would download BearShare instead. It utilizes the same network as BearShare, plus a few more apps. Downloads are fast and stable with multiple users sending files. Note: download any version of BearShare before anything 6.0. This will give you the best user experience.

I would just go to http://www.limewire.com and download it from there. That is the official limewire site so it has all of the information that you need to know about the limewire software.
