Well....some of this might sound stupid =D
sometimes be and my friends chase our school bus as far as we can after being dropped off, this actualy increased my speed and each time i've done this with friends,we get closer and closer each time to being as fast or even faster than the bus....or just go jogging and sprinting...or maybe if you can train with a friend with about the same speed and race.doing this can both train you and your friend. And being competative with each other can help increase speed too....
After each time you run,you gain your endurance.

You should run every single day, at least 3 miles. To build endurance, you should be cross training at the gym [i.e.- biking, leg press, arm machines, etc.], because when you run, you use muscles that most people dont use. To further build endurance, increase you distance, but don't increase your speed. Do what is comfortable, and always push it.
As a runner, I am constantly finding things I need to improve. You should be eating really healthy, and eating lots of protein, that's the key to building muscle & getting stronger.
Hope all goes well, and that you make it!

The best way is more mileage, but be careful not to increase it too much. Take your longest run and add 1 mile to it - run that this weekend. Next weekend, add another mile. Do this in addition to your weekly practices. Eventually, you'll see an increase in your stamina, wind, and ability to hold a faster pace for a longer period of time. It's the same concept that marathon runners use to build up their bodies to run 26.2 miles. Best of luck. The link below has some more tips and guidance.

First the bad news. The only way to improve endurance is to practice, practice, practice. If you get tired too quickly, try a slower pace, even if it is really slow. Focus on the distance rather than the speed.
Now, the good news that everyone keeps as a secret. You know how your painful your lungs feel when you run? The searing pain that makes you cry for dear life because you feel like you cannot go any more? Just keep going and it goes away eventually with time. All of it. Much sooner than later. Hard to believe, I know, but true. Trust me.
Good luck.

Overdistance.
Run longer distances at conversational pace. Don't know what your specialty is, but let's say you're a miler. Run at least 1.5 miles. If you run 3200m, then run 3 miles at conversational pace.
Not only will your endurance skyrocket, your recovery time will do so as well.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/HelpMenLastLonger
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Run a mile everyday for a week then move to one and a half miles then to two. On and on you will get use to it and your body will adjust.
