I think the tan granite goes with pretty much everything. I have it and my cabinets are a light wood. I love the color of my granite! Pick out the one with the "specs" of color in it to match your floors and cabinets. I have a completely different color scheme down in my basement and I still chose tan/ brown granite for my bar counter. I have some purple as accents on my wall treatment and dark wood bar and furniture, I chose the "specs" in the granite that are subtly purple, its beautiful!

What is it that is white? I am guessing that the floor is cherry in color, right?
Wall colors are important as is the other wood colors.
