Weights won't necessarily do it. Eating right is the first and most important thing for staying in good shape. Cardio work in conjunction with eating well and lifting weights will help shed away any extra weight and help tone up all areas of the body. I love to jog. Jogging just 3 miles, 3 times a week is a great workout and will shed pounds. If you're not into jogging, try swimming, the cycling machines at the gym, eliptical trainers, and stairclimbers.
