Ok, so me and this girl are pretty good friends and I like her and we're both 14. I asked her out but she told me that she just saw me as a friend. How do I get her to like me more that just a friend?

What you have to do is basically be her friend. like if she has been through a break up, give her your shoulder to cry on. Be open to her feelings. Soon, in time, she will realize no other guy would do that for her. When she says something sad to you, share her pain. Be in one with her. You just have to trust destiny. Because destiny will never change
