My husband and I went to their showroom. The cost about a year and a half ago was $4500-5000.00 We were planning to build our home, and had not gotten the city permits yet. We were unable to commit at that time, therefore we would have to wait 4 years to be able to take advantage again. The house is now done. High pressure sales tactics, they want you to buy on the spot. I feel it would have paid for itself considering we need EVERYTHING for the house.

The fee is set by the franchise owner. $3000 is about the lowest you will find. Be aware that you pay for shipping of goods you buy. You will also have a problem if something is broken when you receive it. Returning or exchanging items is your problem.
