So you want to get back together with her?

Then prove it. Show her unconditionally that you will do WHATEVER it takes to make it work second time around. Show her, show her, show her.

It will take time for trust to be built up again, but you can help it by showing her.

And next time - don't be so hasty to throw in the towel. Think long and hard about her not being in your life.

Never go back, it never works. I am sure there are exceptions, but it never worked for me. the problem is when you break up and its on a not bad level. you tend to focus on all the good times and not the times that made you decide to end it in the first place.
So after banging my head against a wall several times and learning the result will always be a bruiz, my answer is NO i would not take him back!

c) i would probably not waste my time on someone who just up and dumped me

but if i liked them a lot, i would say
a) becasue i would be more leery, but i'd eventually get over it.

But i would make sure, if i got back together with them, that the issue that caused the breakup in the first place was dealt with or gone. If it wasn't, i'd move on.

though i tend to be flexible and analyze the specific circumstances on a case-by-case basis and not generalize.

my boyfriend dumped me just before the new year and i hate it, i still love him and he says he still loves me. were not really sure if we'll get back together but if we did i would definetly feel that little bit scared that he will dump me again. it will always be in the back of my mind that way if he did it would be a bit more expected than the first time.

i would have to answer a. i would put my wall up of course in fear that this person would hurt me again. i mean, if this person had no problems with dumping you once, whats holding her back from doing it again if you have another spat or do something she doesnt like. you should get her all buttered up and then dump her. :)

Answer; My answer would depend on the my feelings for her and the circumstances that exists.

There are no 'clip-art answers' as one size does not fit all ...least-ways, not for me.

It strikes me as pretty silly for anyone to see that as otherwise ~ potentially spitefully dumb too.
