I enjoy turkey sandwiches...but is there a difference between the turkey you get at the deli of the supermarket and the pre-sliced turkey that's sold in packages in the dairy aisle....like some brands are Healthy Choice or Butterball. I am trying to eat healthier and less processed foods. I've been eating Dannon Light Yogurt religiously but I recently just heard that it's no good for me since it has 'a lot of chemicals' in it.....I guess b/c it's fat free. Also, I'm training for a marathon and I know protein is important for athletes. Plus I want to lose weight. What are some easy/good protein foods I can increase in my diet?

Your best bet would be to get a turkey breast and cook it yourself - that way you will not get all the sodium and additives that you would from deli meats. Other than than - start reading the labels.
