For everything, there is a season --- a time to care, to show compassion, to butt out, to shut up. The world would indeed be a better place if each one of us would know exactly when to do what and for whom.

If we all did that, this would be a boring place. I try to keep an open mind as best I can (which is difficult to do sometimes) and avoid being overly sensitive to people's statements.
