i try to install the adope flash player but nothing happens. When i press the download button it tells me that the installation is complete but nothing is downloaded please tell me what to do

Make sure you are logged on to your computer as an administrator. Once you try to install the control, you need to allow it by clicking the yellow bar at the top of your IE screen. There is no other indicator other than the flash movie playing on the screen (graphics with movement) that it is now done.

The flash player installed is a plug-in for your browser.
Are you sure you still can't view flash animations in your browser?
Go to this website to test it:
http://64.207.133.120/Erain/illuminations/default.asp
If you see the animation then it's installed.

did you reboot after installing the application?
