Wills are very specific to each person andit is probably in you best interests and your family's best interest to hire a lawyer or somehting along those lines to make sure everything is copacetic.

All wills are individual, they may have put a block on their will so you can't download it. it is most likely to be a firm who will called at you house to do your will.

You can buy Will documents in some shops, but the best way to go about it, is to see a lawyer.

I dont know but if you are in scotland you can write your own will and as long as a witness signs it then it is legal, even without seeing a lawyer.
