It means he is struttin like a peacock...many male animals do dances to let the female know he is interested ........ so he is wanting you to see him as bigger and stronger and macho .. (showing off that he is cool..he is the man ) ......simply ..he likes you ....

Sounds like he's trying be somebody he's not. As for standing close, sounds like he's invading your space but either doesn't know or doesn't care.

That means they are wannabe gangsters. Since they arent really, they decide to act like it anyway they can. I guess they think if they walk with a limp, we would assume they got hit during a driveby (in their parents dominantly white, high class neighborhood of course).
