Yes correctable to 20/20
Depends on the surgery, if you were permitted to join...if you are active you can be a sniper
Not really, basically the same, requirements

2. Not sure, if you wear contacts maybe.
3. Yes, if your eyes are in working condition, by all means, shoot.
4. Yes, they do differ.
