It depends. I found an mini air purifier at The Source by Circuit City (Canada only) for $ 2.99 (+6% GST and other applicable provincial taxes). You must have a PC in your bedroom because the ionizer plugs into a USB outlet. For larger versions you can get them at The Brick, The Source, WalMart, and most home furniture stores. Before you buy an air purifier for your bedroom be sure to check to see if they really work. Just recently there was news regarding air purifiers that said they actually cause more air pollution in your house than you get outside. I had considered getting one but I changed my mind.

We bought one on-line from Whirlpool. You can find them in a lot of stores. Whirlpool is very quiet (some are noisier) and gobbles up smoke extremely well.
