100% Evolution is nothing more than a belief system that takes faith to believe

1. Evolution is NOT a theory. SCIENTIFIC Theory does NOT mean a bloody guess. Get it right for a change. Its like trying to drill a hole into Christians heads to get it bloody right through a tv screen.

EVOLUTION IS NOT A GUESS.

I don't care what the dictionary says is the definition of the world theory, you need to look up SCIENTIFIC Theory, not the word theory itself. They are NOT the same thing.

2. Evolution is NOT a religion. it is not a belief. It is not a game. It is proven by millions of scientists testing over many many many years in millions of different ways. Evolution is a scientific fact.

You know, I'm going to start petitioning the scientific community to change the word Theory to Principles. Then you bloody Christians can stop saying your lies about it being a guess.

Lets see how you like it when our words are changed. You changed it from "Creationism" to "Intelligent Design" but its the same bloody thing. Maybe if we change it from "Theory" to "Principles" you'll be ridiculous enough to take it as meaning something different. After all, its what you expect us to do for your Intelligent Design GUESS.

Rember that in science theories are not guesses. In science a theory is the explanation that best fits the facts.

Evolution is the theoretical paradigm for all of modern biology. It is supported by many facts. There are no known facts of biology that contradict evolution.

With modern molecular genetics we have the ultimate forensic proof of evolution.

Evolutionary theory does not require faith to believe. Instead we have evidence.

It doesn't, do you know what a theory is? A scientific theory is "a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world that can incorporate facts, laws, inferences, and tested hypotheses." No amount of validation changes a theory into a law, which is a descriptive generalization about nature. So when scientists talk about the theory of evolution--or the atomic theory or the theory of relativity, for that matter--they are not expressing reservations about its truth.

What is with you people on both sides? Evolution means nothing,.On a scale of 1 to 10 of being critical to anything it is 1/2 of a % . You waste so much time cackling about evolution when you could be having meaningful discourse with some real beneficial purpose..

Zero percent. Evolution is a scientific theory; it is not a religion. The definition of a religion requires some sort of belief in a Being; evolution lacks this element.

AHHHH!!!!! Evolution is not a theory! How can some people be so ignorant! Its not even close to a religion, its a science! Its supported by many other forms of science including DNA and fossils and observations of it happening even now! God and evolution can coexist, you dont have to choose one over the other! Grow up!

Evolution has absolutely nothing to do with religion, which is why no religious person should feel threatened.

The study of evolution includes several scientific disciplines including geology, anthropology, biology, paleontology, palieonbotany and genetics. These are not religions.

How is there a "culture" of evolution? Is there a culture of gravity? It does not resemble a religion at all. Evolutionary research is done using the scientific method, which examines empirical evidence. Research is cross checked and is under constant critical survey.
