Well wine is an alcoholic drink but it's served on some Sundays. I think it depends on whether or not you are a holy roller. I grew up in the Christian church and as an older man I do drink but there are limits. We all know what type of things can happen when you drink so I think its just being a responsible person.

Only if you do so before others that are pushed further from Christ based on your actions. You have to understand that many things are more silly than sin. But note that God says if we do something that offends another then we should not do that thing while in the presence of that person. So where does the sin come in? If you knowingly disobey God then is when your actions become sin. Now this is going to be a bit deep for many non-believers, and as much so for many untrained believers. Yet, it is Biblical.

No - the act of consuming an alcoholic beverage is not wrong. Jesus DID turn water into wine.

There's also a huge difference between consuming a single alcoholoic beverage and getting sloppy drunk to the point of not "having control" over your actions or poisoning yourself. There is also the christian principle of abstaining from consumption of anything that "causes your brother to stumble" to consider. The question of the "right" or "wrong" nature of consuming alcohol is not as black and white as a yes or no and in itself is not ever referenced in the Bible as a "hell-worthy trespass" as some might have you believe

If you believe in transubstantiation of the sacrament, then perhaps no. But many churches use water/juice instead of ETOH. Also, there are numerous cautions about ETOH use (Proverbs 20 being a famous one). D&C also prohibits ETOH use in the Word of Wisdom.

I can't answer the right or wrong, but I do know personally that ETOH does impede my personal spiritual growth, thus I drink it. In fact, it required spiritual growth to arrest my addiction to it.

It is definitely wrong if you go by the spirit of the numerous prohibitions against it in the OT, NT, AT (Another Testament of JC)

Some religions are very strict when it comes to consuming alcohol. Baptists are very strict and are one of those. Mormon also. It really depends of which religion u actually r in the christian branch. If u r a Catholic it isn't glorified but it says that u should take it in moderation. I hope this helped!

If you are underage, then yes. If you are of age, then no. As long as you are not drinking to get drunk, because the bible specifically states that. If you are drinking alcohol the same as you would drink any other drink, then it is fine. Do not look at alcohol as an opportunity to get drunk. Have self control. That's my advice. Hope it helps :)

No. It is wrong to overindulge and get drunk, but its perfectly OK to drink in moderation. Jesus made wine. Dom Perignon
was a monk who accidentally invented Champaign working a monestery vinyard.

And guess what? There is no such thing as "non-alcoholic" wine. Non-alcoholic wine is also called...grape juice. The science at work in fermentation is exactly the same today as it was thousands of years ago. Some things just don't change.

I don't think it is wrong to drink some. However, if someone is drinking when they are underage, they are breaking the government's law. We are told to follow the law of the land in the book of Romans. Also, the key is moderation. Drinking too much is sinful because it is damaging to your body. I hope this helps.
